​The LifeWorks Method

Since 2004, LifeWorks Learning Center has been providing holistic, individualized support to high school students in a wide range of academic subjects. Our developmentally supportive approach to education goes beyond helping students achieve content mastery and includes helping teens get their fundamental psychological needs met so they have everything they need to grow and thrive as individuals. Rooted in principles of attachment theory and neuroscience, our method is centered on empowering students to change their lives in lasting and meaningful ways.

By taking listening deeply to each student we work with, we not only help students feel seen but we also are better able to customize our approach to meet that student's unique combination of needs. Over time, this leads both to improved performance in school and to the flourishing of happier, healthier, more confident individuals.
